Subscription

You can manage your subscription in the Subscription page. 

When signing up you are automatically assigned to a Growing plan for a 2-week trial. You can choose to stay on the Growing plan, or upgrade or downgrade. Each plan can be subscribed to monthly or yearly (save 10%). 

Each plan comes with a number of set briefs per month and resets every month. If you require more briefs these can be purchased as needed. Purchased briefs never expire. 

The Plan briefs is used first, then the purchased briefs. 

When a brief goes from Draft status to Submitted, it counts against the number of briefs. You can track the usage in the top of the page.

We collaborate with Stripe as our payment provider. You can see the Purchase History in the bottom of the page and download your receipt.

You can cancel your subscription from the Manage Cancellation button.
