Workflows can be created and linked to briefing templates. Workflows are used to notify team members when a new brief is submitted and requires Review. You might want to have one workflow for your Pepsi client and another for your Coca Cola client.
Linking a Workflow to a brief template:
When a brief is submitted, briefin will send an email to the users associated to the Workflow. Clicking on View Brief will take you directly to the brief.
Note that there is plan restrictions to how many workflows can be added.
Starter: 1 workflow
Growing: 4 workflows
Enterprise: unlimited workflows
